Max is a poet and artist. He has two Master's Degrees; an MBA and a Master's in Human Resources Development. He has explored spiritual and personal development for over fifty years. His last official role prior to retiring in 2021 was as the Chief Transformation Officer for the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

He is the author of 2 books; The Untethered Elephant: How to Reshape Memories to Increase Possibility, and a children’s book titled, George The Stubborn Caterpillar (the book is also for adults and he uses it to explore conversations about transformation). Both are available on Amazon. He is an intuitive coach for folks in transition in their lives and can be found at fearlesscoachingwithmax.com.
