Matthew Margeson is an American composer who has written and arranged music for some films including Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, X-Men: First Class, Wreck-It Ralph, Captain Phillips, Into The Woods, Eddie The Eagle, and Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children..

Matthew Margeson teams up with composer Henry Jackman, for the third time, to compose the original score for the spy-action-adventure-comedy, KINGSMAN: THE GOLDEN CIRCLE, the sequel to 2015’S KINGSMAN: THE SECRET SERVICE - both directed by Matthew Vaughn.

Kingsman: The Golden Circle brings a new adventure that will test the agents' strength and wits when their headquarters are destroyed and the world is held hostage, their journey leads them to the discovery of an allied spy organization in the US. Kingsman: The Golden Circle opens in theaters September 22, 2017.

In this episode, MATTHEW MARGESON talks about how the theme for the principal villlain proved to be one of the most difficult scoring challenges and how director Matthew Vaughn challenged them to get 25 fiddlers and 18 guitarists into one room to record for the score.
