#18 Danielle Murr

Today’s show is with Danielle Murr. Danielle has been on a path of self discovery for quite some time. Her journey started in various recording studios in Boston where she was able to land what most people would consider a dream job. We learn in this episode that is not always the case. Being a media personality, especially for 16 years, can be extremely challenging and definitely take its toll. We talk about the forced connectivity that the job requires, along with the toxic element that can and usually does exist on social media. We go in depth into her decision to walk away and go after her other interests.

Currently, she is exploring different places in the world with groups of like minded people. Taking them on trips to work on another big topic of our episode- chilling out and calming down your nervous system. By connecting with other cultures and one another she is cultivating a space for real growth. By sharing what she has learned she is helping other people see other ways through. She is taking pictures of beautiful astro landscapes that only appear at night and learning skills that bring her joy. She's learning how to live her best life and shares a lot of tips that help her move through her day.
