Dani is a certified yoga and fitness professional with over 10 years of experience.  She is passionate about helping individuals find inner peace and balance through her practice. In her sessions, Dani focuses on combining traditional yoga techniques with modern science to provide a holistic approach to wellness. She believes that yoga, breath-work, and meditation can benefit people of all ages and abilities, and tailors her classes to meet the needs of her clients.
