Today’s episode is with Stephen Dunker. Steve is a serial entrepreneur who got started in the facility management business. While serving as the executive VP of Sales and Marketing of AMPM Facility Services he oversaw over 20 million sq. feet of commercial building space. However, for much of this high-powered career, he was living a double-life. All because he was using cannabis on a daily basis. Knowing this was something that would have prevented him from landing on lists like the 40 under 40, a current feather is his cap, he avoided telling people in his professional life. At some point he realized that the benefits far outweigh the risks and that it was his mission to get in front of it. He has since become an owner of OG Cannabis and is working to change the narrative and reduce stigma.
During the episode we talk about how this incredible tool has helped him evolve as a human being. He attributes it to helping in every aspect of his life, whether it was business, fatherhood or friendship. We chat about ego and how it can be a barrier to growth and how meditation can be a game changer for personal development.
