During the show, we talk about how the energy crisis led to us tightening up our homes and creating a less healthy environment. He gives me his thoughts on the electrification movement we are going through at the moment. He explains how Europe, just like with food, is leaps and bounds ahead of us in regards to keeping their people safe. He tells me about some wild cases he has seen and helped remedy throughout his career.
