Mike Rosa is a world yoga champion, a double blackbelt, a marathoner, an iron man, a titan of industry, a brother, a husband, a father and most recently a TV personality starring in Netflix’s Human Playground, a
show exploring people competing through sport. Currently, Mike is working to stay balanced as he attributes everything to re-centering on this principle. I am so lucky to take away from this that the journey never ends and we are always striving to be who we are.
