Maybe you have heard the term "worldly". Maybe it doesn't mean anything particularly bad to you, or if you were raised in church you know that term comes with some off putting meaning regarding how we should "be". Either way, whether someone who grew up in the church or someone who is trying to build their faith stronger and wrestle with questions- we get into the question. There have been decades of people in the church holding themselves to "holier than thou" ideals, and in return sometimes being very disengaged from the world. Is that such a bad thing? Or are we called to be out in the world? And if so, what are the boundaries and limits? How worldly can a follower of Jesus be?
