Jennifer Conner and I met through Instagram and our running coach, Rachel Sinders (EP 8). She has been on my list since day one, but I wanted to wait for her to complete her Six Star journey to have her on! She got her final star at the Tokyo Marathon this year. During this episode, we talk about:
