Episode Description

In this episode of The Daryl Perry Podcast I dive into a simple but powerful concept, doing the opposite. When you’re stuck, frustrated, or just not happy with how things are going, sometimes the most impactful first step is to flip what you’ve been doing. It sounds obvious, but breaking away from old routines can open the door to real growth.

I share how comfort keeps us tied to patterns even when they don’t serve us, and why identifying frustration isn’t enough on its own. Change happens when you’re willing to step into something different, even if it’s just testing the opposite of what you’re used to. Often the answer isn’t at one extreme or the other, but somewhere in the middle. This episode is about giving yourself permission to experiment, break monotony, and discover the opportunities waiting for you in between.
