In this episode, I’m diving into something that has been frustrating me for a while—algorithms. If you’ve been online for years, you’ve probably noticed how content is constantly being fed to you, shaping what you see and consume. While these platforms were supposed to connect us, they often leave us feeling more isolated and distracted than ever.
I talk about how we can take control of our digital experience instead of letting algorithms dictate what we engage with. From curating your social media feeds to setting limits on mindless scrolling, there are ways to be intentional about how we consume content. I share strategies like subscribing only to the YouTube channels that truly add value, using Instagram’s favorites list, and searching for content instead of relying on recommendations.
This ties directly into the inside-out approach—focusing on what truly matters to you rather than being pulled in every direction by endless content. I also discuss how my message, whether through the blog, podcast, or daily email, is about helping you regain control and engage with content in a way that serves you.
If you feel like you’re spending too much time scrolling but not really connecting, this episode is for you. Tune in, and let’s talk about how to consume content with purpose instead of being consumed by it.
