Episode Description:
In this episode of The Daryl Perry Podcast, we’re talking about self-doubt and imposter syndrome. These feelings can show up no matter where you are in your journey. Whether you’re just thinking about starting something new or already doing the thing but questioning if you even belong, this episode is for you.

I share how to flip the typical narrative. Instead of waiting for your actions to give you belief, decide that you belong first. Then use your actions to reinforce that belief. You’ve already overcome so much in life. You have proof that you figure things out.

I break down how to create your own confidence by choosing which version of your inner dialogue to believe. When doubt creeps in, write it down, then write the exact opposite thought beside it. You get to decide which version of that story becomes your truth.

We also talk about how self-doubt is often a reflection of someone else’s opinion that you’ve absorbed over time. That doubt is not proof. It’s not fact. It’s just noise. And when you build self-trust and take action from a place of belief, things start to click.

Living from the inside out means developing a strong foundation of confidence that grows from who you are, not what other people think. This is not about faking anything. It’s about deciding who you are and living that truth outwardly.
