Welcome back to The Daryl Perry Podcast! In this episode, I’m sharing a long-overdue update about what’s happening both personally and with Your Level Fitness. I talk about the evolution of my podcast network—what started years ago as an “almost daily” project has now expanded into multiple focused shows covering fitness, mental health, and personal development.
I also share where I’m at with my own fitness. Right now, I’m stepping back from the gym to let my foot and ankle injuries heal, which means shifting to more at-home workouts and mobility work. I explain why I’ve decided to ditch the stair climber for good, how I’m focusing on what I can do, and why these adjustments are giving me more space to think about YLF and its future direction.
This episode is about staying connected in real time. While a lot of my other podcasts are planned and scheduled ahead of time, this one is where I want to keep things more spontaneous—sharing what’s on my mind as it happens.
