He also touches on a recent social media trend where AI-generated images show past and present versions of a person hugging. While this is a great visual, he reminds listeners that the real work is making sure you actually extend that kindness to yourself in real life.

    If your motivation comes from tearing yourself down, it will only slow you down. Instead, shifting your actions to come from a place of self-love and appreciation will help you go further. Your body will change, maybe not to match someone else's, but it will evolve. The key is deciding now that you love and appreciate yourself for who you are, inside and out.
