Episode Description:
In this episode, I’m diving into a topic I haven’t explored deeply before — friendships, and how they tie into the inside-out approach to life. There’s so much nuance to this. A lot of the popular messages around relationships online are actually encouraging people to isolate themselves rather than connect. But real connection matters. And I believe that starts with the relationship you have with yourself.

I’m talking about what it really means to live outwardly after getting grounded inwardly. That means being intentional about who has access to you and understanding how different people show up in your life — not just in what they say, but in how they consistently act. I share how to assess the people around you without needing to cut everyone off. There’s a balance between protecting your peace and still building meaningful relationships.

We also look at how to hold ourselves to the same standards we want from others, the importance of paying attention to patterns, and why it’s OK for people to move in and out of our lives. I believe quality friendships and deep connections improve when we’re truly connected with ourselves first. And in a world that’s more lonely than ever, these kinds of conversations are essential.
