In this episode of The Daryl Perry Podcast, I’m kicking off a brand new series focused on what it really means to live an inside out life. Over the next 127 days, I’ll be diving deep into the foundational habits, thoughts, and beliefs that can help you appreciate and grow from every stage of your journey. We’ll explore how to build genuine self-trust, how to reflect on your past without judgment, and how to move forward with intention.

The number 127 is important to me, and you’ll see it come up often. That’s when the daily email goes out each day, and it also happens to be my birthday. So this series is not only personal, but it’s structured around a framework that has helped me and many others shift how we approach growth, mindset, and daily action.
