Burnout is a word we hear from time to time. What does it mean, how do we know if we are going towards that direction—and, more importantly, how do we overcome it? How does someone transform the pain of burnout and PTSD into a mission to help others thrive?
Today, I’m joined by someone who has done just that. Meet Maria, a Resilience Coach for High Achievers. Maria’s journey is as remarkable as her expertise. With a background in global project management and advanced studies in Neuroscience, Consciousness, and Transformational Coaching, she definitely brings a unique perspective to her work.
Having lived in seven different countries, Maria has developed a culturally aware approach that enables her to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. Her personal story of overcoming severe burnout and PTSD has fueled her passion for helping others navigate challenges and prevent burnout before it happens.
Maria’s credentials include a bachelor’s degree in business administration, certifications in resilience, life, and business coaching, and advanced studies in positive psychology. Her coaching philosophy combines progressive neuroscience with practical strategies, creating transformative experiences for her clients.
In our conversation today, we’ll explore what burnout really looks like, why it’s so common among high achievers, and the small yet powerful steps you can take to build resilience and prevent burnout in your own life.
