We can learn to appreciate everything we have by cultivating gratitude rather than missing the key ingredients to a happy and fulfilling life.    

You can use this meditation to help create the shift for you to start feeling and living a life of joy, bliss and happiness.  

In 2018, I embarked on a 21-day gratitude meditation challenge. 

I listened to a guided tape every day for 21 days, and it was indeed life-changing. It helped me remain in a job I was enjoying. I learned to appreciate others and recognise further appreciation towards me.
