Hello friends. Todays episode is rather self explanatory from the title! You may know by now, I LOVE retreats. I attend them, I host them and I believe everyone can benefit in some way from them. Retreats are immersive experiences that offer a break from the routine of daily life, creating a space for personal growth, reflection, and transformation. They can take many forms, from yoga and meditation retreats to spiritual or nature-based retreats.
