Matt Cassel started, and looked the part, at least for one week, a more competent QB than the incumbent Christian Ponder. The Vikings defense proved once again down the stretch to be the achilles heel of this team, as long as the QB appears to be a relevant NFL player, when they nearly watch Big Ben force the game into overtime.
