Discussed ways to prevent the crisis, hold their hand, educate on milestones of declining health of seniors and when to consider placement at a Board & Care. “Be prepared, study landscape”
2. Educate -Teaching point what is an RCFE? Residential Care Facility for the Elderly. A “home-like setting” with 24hour caregivers. Next best thing to home, 6 residents, “personalized and boutique” compared to a large Assisted Living community.
