Zachariah 8:1–23, the Lord continues to answer the delegation from Bethel that wanted to know whether they should continue to fast over the destruction of Jerusalem, now that the second temple is nearly complete. He also speaks of the nations coming to Jerusalem, to seek the Lord. 2 Timothy 1:1–18, in Paul’s final letter before his execution, he encourages Timothy to guard the good deposit of sound doctrine that he has received.
