Exodus 14:19–31, Moses and Aaron make their way to Egypt, and a very strange episode occurs on the way! Mark 15:16–32, we are introduced to Simon of Cyrene, who bore the cross for Jesus. Jesus is crucified at 9 AM, the description of which is given here with little if any theological comment.
