This one was legit. It made me think hard and deep. The thing about any situation that gives people long-term issues really is staying in the moment in your mind. You slowly drown yourself by continuing to relive that moment over and over.
But you don't need to do that. There's a lesson in every good, bad, or indifferent moment. Learn from those moments, then let them go.
