In the last part, here is what I mean:
1 MWh serves 1,300 persons in Europe
1 GWh serves 1.3 million of them.
But since an average consumption of 12KWh per day is recorded per person. Kenya being a low consumer of Electricity, consumes about 5 KWh/person per day or 0.2KWh per person per hour (0.208).
Therefore, 5million or approximately 4.8 million people will consume 1GWh in 1 hour.
Note: There is a place I have said, 100 instead of 1,000.
