My Top 5 Things to Pack When You Go on Vacation:

1 - ice packs

2 - neck fan

3 - heating blanket

4 - shower chair/mobility aids

5 - clothes that your body might need if you’re in pain, need compression, are too hot or too cold, etc (think of the options you already experience…)
