Description

Recognizing we always have a choice starts with understanding our innate outlook on life.  Do we believe we are who we are and what we are capable of is finite and not changeable?  Or, do we believe that we are very capable and can continue to break through barriers to grow and change who we are?

The answer illuminates what kind of fundamental mindset we have when it comes to achieving what we want and the challenges we face.

HINT: one mindset serves us while the other doesn't.  Do you know which one serves us?

In "Mindset: The New Psychology of Success," Carol S. Dweck describes what it means to have a fixed mindset (the first question above) and a growth mindset (the second question above).

Join me as I share what Dweck discovered and how it applies to us to carve our path forward to truly achieve what we want.
