Have you ever wanted to make a change in your life but found that month after month it didn’t happen? If you have, you are NOT alone!

We often feel like we are ready to make changes in our lives before we are TRULY ready to make those changes. Feeling we want to make a change in our lives is by no means a bad thing! It is a necessary first step to making that change – it creates the desire for change. However, if we only feel we want to make a change but do not take any actions towards that change, we are simply wishing for it to happen.

The key difference between the changes we DO make and the changes we DON’T make in our lives is action. When we are truly ready to make a change, we take purposeful actions towards creating it.
