Changes in our life can be exciting, challenging, or difficult, and often involve adjusting to new circumstances and learning new skills or behaviours.
While big life changes can be stressful, they can also offer opportunities for personal growth and development. But what I find is, most of us get stuck and we don't know how to navigate our ways through these changes.
In this episode I cover what Big Life Changes can be and ways in which we can navigate through these changes. I also talk about the conscious mind and the unconscious mind. WHY? Because our conscious mind is open to change. BUT our unconscious mind…does not like change at all. It I believe this helps us understand what we are feeling and what is happening during times of change.
