In this episode I talk about the differences between personal values and beliefs.
They both play essential roles in shaping who we are, but they have their unique characteristics. And it is sometimes confused as to which is which.
Differentiating personal values from beliefs allows us to engage in self-reflection and introspection. It encourages us to question our assumptions, examine the origins of our beliefs, and align them with our core values. By doing so, we open ourselves to personal growth, greater empathy, and a deeper understanding of others.
