In this episode, "A Friend Of God", we will talk about this gift available to us that the bible would call, "a friend of God". The verses we will be looking at are:
John 15:15, James 2:23 and John 15:14. There is friendship with God available to us when we walk with Him.
Questions to ponder:
Is it hard to think that God could be in a friendship with you? Why or why not?
When you think of what it takes to be in a friendship with God, does that inspire you or discourage you?
What does it mean to you that God is with you?
Prayer:
Jesus, I desire to know You within friendship. I desire to walk with You and remain close to You in every aspect of my life. I want to follow you to such a degree that someone cannot see where I begin and You end because of our bond. I want to be considered Your friend.
