Today I have a conversation with my oldest child, ten year old Charlotte. We go together into the vast world of Minecraft and make unexpected connections between the game, real life, and my Atlas painting series. It's also a pretty fun to hear our rhythm of communication, the comfort and excitement that comes between two people that know each other so well and yet are still learning so many things about each other.
