Welcome back to the podcast! Life has been BUSY and despite the topic this week, I wasn't able to be as consistent this week as I usually am. Go figure. But, as we'll talk about, life happens and sometimes we can't fit everything in.

This week we are talking about consistency vs. motivation and how adopting consistency has allowed me to improve in many areas of my life.

This is also the first test of recording the podcast on video. I have adjustments already in place and a new space that I'm excited to film in :)
