Today we are talking all about presence. To be in the present moment is to accept things as they come and experience the full beauty of life. Anytime you are worrying, feeling fear, or complaining, you are out of the present moment. We often identify so deeply with our thoughts that we get caught in patterns of negativity and worry. But what if I told you that you are not your thoughts? You can learn to become an observer of your thoughts and therefore break these patterns. Learning to recognize when you're out of the present moment will allow you to come back to yourself, live fully, and enjoy where you're at.
