No, this is not a 20 minute long podcast dedicated to the Eat More chocolate bar (though I do take that tangent for a minute or two). This week I'm telling you about how I went from being a believer of "eating less and running more" to achieve the "ideal physical aesthetic" to realizing that the answer to getting the aesthetic I've always wanted is to eat more! And lift weights. (And do cardio for my mental health.) But this episode goes through how I went from years of eating 1200 calories a day to eating 2000+ calories a day and I've never felt (or looked) better.
