Description

Anabel makes fried rice and then her and Abby talk about Sex and The City for too long.

Vegetarian Fried Rice: 

  1. In a large pan, scramble two eggs in butter, undercooking slightly. Set aside in a bowl. 
  2. Add veggies over med-high heat and sautée until tender/ unfrozen. Add cooked rice and egg. 
  3. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir. 
  4. Add a pat of butter if desired (super yummy). Season with salt & pepper.
  5. Serve and add desired toppings!
