Convite para você - Salmo 89.40-52Diante da sua angústia, veja o que o Senhor já prometeu para você e o que cumpriu. Há outras pessoas, quer na Bíblia ou não, que provaram as mesmas angústias ou outras ainda, mas que sentiram o toque e a manifestação do Senhor. Por mais inquieto que você esteja, faça como o salmista: dê ênfase na certeza que o Senhor é fiel e que já agiu no passado, além de depositar sua confiança no fato que o Senhor agirá novamente! Muitas vezes, estamos tão chateados que damos toda a ênfase em nossa angústia. Não é errado! Há salmos que mostram isso! Mas o salmista sempre vai além e acaba deixando um convite com seu testemunho, convite este que faço hoje para você: que como no presente salmo, você observe o que o Senhor já fez e confie que Ele vai continuar agindo! Você aceita esse convite?
An Invitation for You - Psalm 89:40-52In your anguish, consider what the Lord has already promised you and what He has fulfilled. There are others, whether in the Bible or not, who have endured the same anguish or even others, yet they felt the touch and manifestation of the Lord. No matter how restless you are, do as the psalmist: emphasize the certainty that the Lord is faithful and has already acted in the past, and place your trust in the fact that the Lord will act again! Many times, we are so upset that we place all the emphasis on our anguish. It's not wrong! There are psalms that show this! But the psalmist always goes beyond and ends up leaving an invitation with his testimony—an invitation that I extend to you today: that as in this psalm, you observe what the Lord has already done and trust that He will continue to act! Do you accept this invitation?
