Fé e Clamor - Salmo 88.1-9Em muitos salmos (inclusive neste), vemos a angústia de uma pessoa atribulada, que está passando por dificuldades, e que se sente abandonada à própria sorte. E vemos o clamor dessa pessoa, buscando no Senhor a resposta para suas aflições, a solução para seus dilemas. Afinal, se não acreditasse que o Senhor poderia realizar algo, não faria o clamor! Se estivéssemos do lado desse salmista e ele falasse tudo isso, será que iríamos entender como algo correto ou iríamos recriminar o salmista por falar de tantas angústias, cobrando até falta de fé? Como você age diante das dificuldades? Fala de fé e nega o problema ou vive a fé mesmo no meio do problema, crendo no cuidado e na direção do Senhor?
Faith and Cry - Psalm 88:1-9In many psalms (including this one), we see the anguish of a troubled person, who is going through difficulties, and feels abandoned to their own fate. And we see this person's cry, seeking in the Lord the answer to their afflictions, the solution to their dilemmas. After all, if they did not believe that the Lord could do something, they would not cry out! If we were beside this psalmist and they said all this, would we understand it as something correct, or would we criticize the psalmist for speaking of so many anguishes, even accusing them of lacking faith? How do you act in the face of difficulties? Do you speak of faith and deny the problem, or do you live faith even in the midst of the problem, believing in the Lord's care and guidance?
