From a young age, John committed himself to military
service. He began his journey as a cadet and rose through the ranks to become a Commandant. His career took him across the globe, serving in demanding locations such as Kosovo, Lebanon, the Congo, and Afghanistan.
After his military tenure, John transitioned to a civilian role with NATO in Kosovo. As the Director of Operations and Supply Chain Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Evaluation, he played an essential role in ensuring troops in Kosovo were adequately supplied with crucial resources like food and water.
Venturing further into the civilian world, John later immersed himself in the construction and high-value commodities sectors. Throughout our discussion, he offered deep insights into effective delegation, stress management, the pivotal nature of discipline, and the intricate dynamics of managing family life in a military
household.
