Ashley spent her 20-year career in the real estate development and construction world. Most notably starting in 2018 when she cofounded a 100% woman owned/100% black owned Construction and Owners Representation company, Blair Freeman. Blair Freeman was named by combining the two maiden names of the owners, Maranda Adams (Blair) and Ashley Kuhn (Freeman). Blair Freeman specializes in community driven project management. As a child, her interest in real estate was first sparked when she became fascinated with the differing conditions of real estate in her North Omaha Neighborhood. Her fascination led her to want a career as someone that was able to impact the face of real estate in Omaha.
