This episode is about breaking free in your mind. We have all dealt with things that has caused a major shift in how we think and what we allow. Freedom is a stare of min that we can choose to experience in any circumstance. We must know that we will always have a choice to “be free”. Freedom is defined as the ability to act or change without constraint. There are many types of freedom: freedom of a association, belief, speech, to express one self, bondage, fear and self and the list goes on. Stephany shares a piece of her session with her therapist that encouraged her to do an inventory of relationships that are good for her mentally and to create boundaries for living a life of peace, clarity, love and joy with applying the word of God and living according to His will and purpose. God is the God of peace and we must walk and live in that. What we carry mentally can cause negative things to happen physically, spiritually and emotionally. It is important that we are creating positive and safe mental environments so that we can produce the courage we need to walk in freedom.
