We must be vulnerable with God and to cast our cares on him, because he cares for us. Being afraid of the outcome of expression and releasing within is normal, but we must not allow it to keep us from being true to ourselves and to take courage and walking in boldness to embrace that our vulnerability will lead us to freedom, authenticity, stability, and security.
