“Do we get second chances, in our own lives? Does God give us these sorts of opportunities, too? Do we sometimes find ourselves locked in what seems our own ‘prisons of time’, only to discover, years later, that the prison was less a prison than an opportunity, that we’ve been given the chance to fix something?” - Rabbi David Fohrman

Implications:

1. Even when you are not there to see it, God is always at work.
2. When you find yourself separated from community, continue to honor God.
3. When you find yourself facing repeated conflict, your present choice can redeem your past mistakes.
4. When you make good choices, you may still experience bad. Trust that God has not left you.
