Todays episode is the audio pulled from a recent video we did, one of the main challenges we face is moving people away from what they are used to with their current fitness routine, un learning bad habits, learning new ones & overcoming that resistance to change we all find in different areas of our lives.


So in todays episode expect to learn why we write workouts the way we do, why we ditched the old school single body part split style of workouts a long time ago & the bigger picture that we try to lean in to when designing a workout.


Disclaimer: All exercise is good, movement is good for the soul no matter what I or anyone else says, we should all move & it would be a desirvice for me to imply otherwise. So I feel it is important to say, which I also say in the podcast - that how you move, is completely up to whatever you enjoy most. Be it Zumba, running or that thing where people jump from one building to another. Just from our experience, this is what we enjoy, our community enjoys and we maintain a high level of success in doing so. Motion creates Emotion.
