Did you think MK Ultra was a game? Perhaps that's what "they" wanted you to think. MK Ultra was (is) a human experimentation program under the auspices of the CIA. A program that dealt in the control and influence of human behavior by use of drugs, electro shock therapy, hypnosis, isolation, sleep deprivation, sexual abuse, and other forms of torture. These programs were carried out on unwitting test subjects throughout hospitals, prisons, colleges and universities, and even setting up their own brothel with a two way mirror. Some believe this program led to the creation of sleeper agents and mind-controlled assassins. Others believe that this was the early stages of blackmailing programs that have empowered people like Jeffrey Epstein in their insidious activities.
