- “No excuses” mindset, as much as I do not want to follow this path, I understand the consequences if I don’t.

- Because I can visualize how I want my body to look, the path came to me
- Even tho I didn’t really know much, because I had visualized my ideal physique, a broffessor appeared at the right time.
