Today, we discuss Pete Rose's reinstatement to Major League Baseball via a new rule passed by Commissioner Rob Manfred which declares that any player given a Lifetime Banishment from Baseball is automatically reinstated when they pass away. The rule also affected the 1919 Chicago "Black Sox," in which 8 players were given the Lifetime Banishment, including "Shoeless" Joe Jackson. The whole situation leaves us asking, what about Jim Devlin and the other Louisville Grays.
