We are continuing our sermon series: “Generations in Genesis” as we explore the first family in the Bible. As we look at each of these family members and see how they are broken – it gives us an opportunity to recognize how our own families are broken as well. But despite all of our sins, and mistakes, and failures – we can see how God is still working in us, and through us, to bring about God’s will. This morning we are looking at one of the most familiar stories in the Bible – the story of Abraham and Isaac. Associated Scripture: Genesis 22:1-14
