This morning we are continuing our sermon series, called: “Generations in Genesis.” Throughout this series we are tracing the bloodline of the first family in Genesis from Adam and Eve in the Garden – to Joseph and his brothers in Egypt. In each of the stories of these family members, we are reminded that our families are also chaotic, messy, and broken. But we are also reminded of how God works in us and through us – despite our mistakes and failures. This morning we are looking at the story of the first siblings, Cain, and Abel.
