What does it mean to be a Christian? What does it mean to be a follower of Jesus? What do we believe as a Church? One of the guiding statements that has existed for centuries that has helped us answer these questions is the Apostle’s Creed. In our series “We Believe,” we are going to take a deep dive into the Apostle’s Creed as we explore the basic tenants of our faith. We begin with our first statement of faith: “I believe in God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth.” Associated Scriptures: Genesis 1:1-5 and 1 John 4:7-13.
